Dogging Sisters

Headland

Touchy Feely/unsigned

WE SAY

Headland are a band we've long supported and it seems others are now starting to understand the band's enormous creativity and charm. They have recently been picked up by Mark Hargreaves and our own James Barton at Crown for management, a decision which more than justifies our previous support. This Sunday Times piece from yesterday charts their attitude to lo-fi DIY videos - in particular a great one for Love Hate from their second album, which is available to license. Dogging Sisters is another great track from that album which showcases their versatility; musically it reminds us of Lightning Seeds-style shimmering pop, which is no bad thing. JF London gig: August 2, Electrogogo at Madame Jojo's W1
