Beautiful and truly emotive, this tender ballad from singer-songwriter Hannah Grace is something to treasure. Opening with a gentle piano melody, Hannah’s gorgeous and powerful vocals soar effortlessly over a soundbed of lush string instrumentation and shimmering percussion. It’s a masterpiece, finely tuned to stir deep emotion and evoke a calming sense of peace as lyrically she reminds us to appreciate the world around us. Last week, she dropped the captivating and thought-provoking accompanying video, which sees members of the public in London and Manchester answering the question “If you could relive or change any moment in your life, what would it be?" Tastemaker support has come from Dermot O Leary and Chris Evans on Radio 2 who invited her in to perform on their shows, as well Zoe Ball where she made her television debut on Zoe's ITV TV show when it was released earlier this year. As with her stunning cover version of Fatboy Slim’s Praise You (2.4m Spotify streams) that featured on last year’s Lloyds Bank TV campaign, this glorious taster of her forthcoming debut album is perfect for sync opportunities across TV, film and adverts. In short, Oh River is a total joy and judging by how incredible this sounds, we can’t wait to hear the rest of the album.
