Crazy
Gnarls Barkley
WE SAY
We heard about this project via Zane Lowe last year, asked for info on our messageboard, and were told that Korda Marshall's Warner Bros won quite a battle to sign it. Have a look the Pitchfork review which is totally on the money and explains why that site is so highly rated. Gnarls Barkley is Danger Mouse producing Atlanta's Cee-Lo, the Outkast associate and former Goodie Mob member. Great song, extraordinary vocal, and a backing track that recalls the best of trip hop. This is big. Nice to see such a record being signed out of the UK and it will break out of the UK too.
