Lost Without You

It’s not very often that we feature the same track twice here on RotD, but we make no apologies for highlighting this beautiful single again by 23-year-old singer-songwriter Freya Ridings. Since our feature last November, Lost Without You has amassed over 27m combined streams and recently became the most Shazam’d song ever to feature on an ITV2 show with over 20k after a play on Love Island. Having hit home with fans of the show, the track entered the official singles chart at 72 on Friday, climbed into the Top 20 on iTunes and has seen massive growth in plays across Spotify (400%) and Apple (1876%), whilst also garnering over 100 spins across radio, including Radio 1 in the past week alone. Following two sold-out shows in London at Union Chapel and Omeara, tour supports with Ella Vos in the US and Ray LaMontagne in the UK, Freya will be performing at Lollapalooza, Reeperbahn and Austin City Limits festivals this summer before returning to the UK for a 12-date headline tour in October, which will include a show at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on 18 October. Lost Without You is a truly timeless classic from a rising star who is firmly cementing herself as the name to watch this year.
