Stacey's Mom
Fountains Of Wayne
WE SAY
Fountains Of Wayne haven't changed a bit since they first emerged in 1996 (even their A&R is the same - Steve Yegelwell, then at Atlantic, now at S-Curve). They were always great and they still are. But somehow they fit into the current music scene in a way they sadly didn't before. Stacey's Mom is their excellent comeback single (although there's an even better track on the album: Mexican Wine) with a video that might just break them, featuring a raunchy Rachel Hunter in the title role.
