U Kill Me

Flight Brigade

AWAL

WE SAY

Two years on from us first featuring the excellent Flight Brigade, we’re delighted they continue to grow and develop. When we last heard from them back in October with the glorious When We Were Young, we noted that they were becoming a world-class act with a treasure chest full of future anthems. This latest track adds to that enviable list. The band has a busy summer with a string of festival appearances lined up, all ahead of the release of their debut album Our Friends, Our Enemies this coming October. And although they sound amazing on record, it’s as a formidable live act that they really shine. They’ll be performing at Be As One as part of Camden Rocks tomorrow (June 4), and are back in London on June 21 to play The Social. Their first international dates are on the way this autumn when they tour Germany, and support continues to build at Radio X, 6Music, BBC Introducing, Radio 2 and from the team at Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch. This title track to their latest EP is big, bold, and expertly played. Believe us, it won’t be long now before they crack through in an enormous way.
