Color The Trees is a superb dose of Scandi-pop, delivering an addictive vocal, with a tone reminiscent of the likes of Oh Land and Icona Pop. First featured as RotD back in February with the fantastic and catchy Boom Boom Boom, the Swedish pop maestro's album boasts productions from Andreas Mattsson (Popsicle, Hello Saferide), Lasse Mårtén (Johnossi), and Björn Yttling (Lykke Li, Peter, Bjorn & John). Those kind of references give a great indication of the kind of quality to expect on Andrea Kellerman's Firefox AK project, with the album due for release February 6. The Berlin-based Swedish singer has just completed a European tour with Hurts and plays Music Week's 'Breakout' tonight. Video.
