WE SAY
Italian-born, London-based artist, producer and songwriter FHUR crafts moody, electronic dark pop odes tinged with industrial beats and sounds. Since emerging on the London scene in 2021, FHUR has released a series of singles, which have caught the attention of BBC Introducing, 6 Music and Amazing Radio. Earlier this year, she was awarded the Help Musicians Fund for Recording & Releasing New Music and is now back with this, her latest release. Co-produced with Finnish producer Mari Nyman, ‘Hotlines’ lures you in with sultry vocals, haunting beats and infectious synths that come together for a delicious late-night listening. The song is perfect for dark pop editorial playlists at DSPs, alongside spins at 6 Music and Radio 1 specialist shows. FHUR will headline the Gunners in Highbury, London on 8 October. One to watch.
