Weights and Measures
Dry The River
WE SAY
Harmonies, classic songwriting and a maturity above their age, Dry The River are one of the most talked about new bands in the music industry this year. They have just returned from a tour with Bombay Bicycle Club, and their own sold out headline show at Scala. Throughout November they'll embark on a European tour supporting Foster The People and Antlers. Weights and Measures is getting a great reception. Huw Stephens, Zane Lowe, Rob da Bank and Fearne Cotton on Radio 1, Jo Whiley on 2 and a Jon Kennedy 'Hot One' tip on Xfm are all supporters of the band, with plenty of positive press to back it up from the likes of NME, Artrocker and The Independent to name a few. There's no denying Dry The River's talent, this stunning track provides a tantalising taster of what to expect on the full album, expected spring 2012.
London Gig: October 26, Levi's Store W1, November 14, Kingston Banquet Records KT1
