Lonely Tonight
Dragons
WE SAY
Dragons are Anthony Tombling Jnr and David Francolini, based in Bristol and this is a single from their current self-released, Cargo-distributed album Here Are The Roses. We first heard this track when XFM Manchester's Clint Boon played it at the RotD Round Table. Since ITC, radio support for them has taken off, with sessions recorded with XFM and 6Music - this Wednesday night a Radio 2 session with Janice Long will be added to that list. 2008 will see a new album, a full spring UK and European tour and festival appearances in both UK & mainland Europe. Uncut magazine said the album had "Sheer energy, sincerity and guile." What we liked about Lonely Tonight was the strong brooding build up to a great chorus and now we can add the video to that, which is heartbreaking. JF
