It Don't Matter
Donavon Frankenreiter
WE SAY
Donavon is a professional surfer, like Jack Johnson who co-produced and guested on his album. We are suspicious of surfers who make records. But we read a couple of raves about Donavon's music, including in Music Week. So eventually we put the album on (it came out in October). And indeed it is very good as this opening track demonstrates. A wonderful, laid back vocal and some very neat songs to boot.
