White Noise
Disclosure ft. AlunaGeorge
WE SAY
Disclosure and AlunaGeorge are two of the most exciting artists in the UK. On paper, the latter featuring on the male duo's single is the stuff of dreams. In reality their collaboration on White Noise represents the future of British pop music. The single premiered on Monday night as Zane Lowe’s 'Hottest Record In The World' on Radio 1 and in its first 24 hours racked up an incredible 200k listens on Soundcloud, shooting to No.1 on HypeM. Disclosure's last effort - Latch - was A-listed on Radio 1, selling over 250k copies and cementing them as a crossover success. AlunaGeorge were, of course, BBC Sound Of 2013 runners-up (the highest placing UK artist) and were also crowned the most written about band in the world by HypeM. This is a great tune and the phenomenal production will sound as good in the club as it will on radio. In short, it's a hit.
