We thought this Shirley Bassey's cover of the Linda Perry-penned Pink hit should have been in the race for Christmas no.1 last year, but it finally gets a release this summer. The single will come after her first performance at Glastonbury in her 50 year career in the year she turns 70 and an impressive press/media campaign is planned. Her forthcoming album features 13 new remixed and re-worked tracks by some fine contemporary producers, including Bugz In The Attic, Bruno E and Cagedbaby. The matching of the unique Bassey range and the lyrical content, along with the production values all make this hugely fun and irresistible. JF
