Happy Out Of Love

‘Happy Out Of Love’ is the playful new single from emerging Anglo-Greek artist D3lta. Over the last couple of years, D3lta has made a name for himself across Europe and the UK for his music and energetic live performances. Last year, his single ‘Strange’ was playlisted by 40 of Greece’s biggest radio stations, which led to him performing on several national TV and radio shows. At the start of 2023, he moved to London, having studied engineering in the city previously, and released his debut EP ‘Into The Rabbit Hole’ in March. With influences from the Beatles, through to Abba, Simon & Garfunkel, T.Rex and Pink Floyd, the EP amassed over 850k combined streams. His new single, ‘Happy Out Of Love’ sees him in a more vibrant mood as he fuses Years & Years vibes with echoes of Mika’s energetic pop and tinges of classic rock, a la ELO. Co-written with Max Wolfgang (Ed Sheeran, Macklemore, Ashnikko, Olivia Dean) and produced by Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys, Adele, Tom Walker), the track was added to Spotify’s New Music Friday playlist in Greece, been played on Radio 2 and received praise online. Plus, on Saturday, he will be interviewed by Patrick Kielty on his Radio 5 show. He’s currently supporting Scouting For Girls on their UK tour this month before he plays The Finsbury in London on 24 November.
