Oklahoma / Yorkshire band Colourmusic's second album My _____ is Pink was released in April this year on Memphis Industries to critical acclaim ("there are few bands out there to touch Colourmusic’s engrossing racket" - Mike Diver, BBC Music). Their scattergun psych-folk sound is at its most penetratable and most appealing on Yes!, which is currently on the BBC 6Music playlist. The band recently did a session for Lauren Laverne, who is a fan. Colourmusic are just finishing up a UK & European tour, which included appearances at Dot to Dot, Liverpool Sound City, Stag and Dagger and Walk the Line festivals, and a sold out London headline show for XFM Xposure Live. They finish up at the new Forbidden Fruit festival in Dublin on Saturday, returning to the UK later in the year. Colourmusic are available for publishing. Video.
