The Chemical Song
Citadels
WE SAY
Citadels' first single 'Golden Islands' gathered plenty of positive reviews including The Fly, Artrocker, Popjustice Song Of The Day and The Sunday Times Culture's Hottest Download Of The Week. Radio support in the past has come from BBC 6Music including Steve Lamacq (who had them as his unsigned band of the week), Tom Robinson and Shaun Keaveny. This follow-up, which is also self-produced and mixed by the band, will be released on Pure Groove Records next March. We love the dreamy art-pop sound on this. The band have just launched their own monthly club night at new venue Carnivale after recently playing a Levis Ones To Watch Show and headlining a Club NME show at Koko. JF. London gig: January 16, 93 Ft East E1
