Six months on from dropping her brilliant debut single, Waves, Bolton born vocalist and producer Chrystal returns with her sublime third single, 2 Real and first on 37 Adventures. Co-produced with John Calvert (Nao & Bonzai) who she worked with on her debut, the track blends sleek beats and a bouncy hook to produce a fun and upbeat vibe for her smooth Northern lyricisms to flow. It’s an absolute gem, perfect for radio airplay or any urban and pop streaming playlists. Having already bagged a spot in i-D’s Class of ‘18 line-up last year, the video for 2 Real will be premiered on their website this coming Monday, whilst Chrystal will be talking to Matt Wilkinson on his Beats 1 show later today about her music. Further tastemaker support for previous singles have come from the likes of The Fader, The Line of Best Fit, Fact, Trench, and Indie Shuffle, plus she has received extensive radio support from MistaJam, Jamz Supernova, and DJ Target at BBC 1Xtra. Fresh, bold and authentic, Chrystal is another rising star to watch out for in 2018.
