Charlotte Plank

RCA

WE SAY

Riding a wave of skipping synths filled with rave-inspired melodies, heady harmonies and pulsating drum&bass beats, ‘chemical fashion’ is the brilliant new single from rising Anglo-Australian alt-pop artist Charlotte Plank. With its introspective lyrics wrapped in euphoric feels, the track made an immediate impact upon its release last Friday (28 February), featuring prominently across new release programming and editorial playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and Deezer. The single marks a further evolution of her sound as she seamlessly blends her love of rave and alt-pop influences. This sonic journey will come to life in April, when she embarks on her ClubLiminal UK tour, culminating in a headline show at Oslo in London on 1 May. Early tastemaker support has already rolled in from The Standard and The Line of Best Fit, with more expected soon, adding to previous backing from BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing, Dork, The Independent, Notion, and DJMag. Recently named as one of our Ones To Watch 2025, the 24 year old and Loud LDN member has produced another corker in ‘chemical fashion’, highlighting all the reasons why we believe 2025 will be a big year for Charlotte Plank.
