Yorkshire singer and songwriter Charlotte Hannah kicks off 2022 with this gorgeously twisted blast of dark pop. 2021 saw Charlotte continue to build her YouTube (31.8k) and Instagram (11.5k) followers while working on music for her debut album with writers/producers Jim Lawton (Example/Todd Edwards) and Sam Miller (One Direction/Paloma Faith). Produced and written with Lawton, Like A Ghost is Charlotte’s latest release and sees her open up about her experiences with mental health and depression. The track deliciously blends piano melodies, distorted guitars, and heavy synths with a lush nursery-rhyme-esque chorus and ASMR verses that showcase her stunning four-octave range. Early support has come from BBC Radio Sheffield, while Glamour Magazine has also noticed and remarked on the emerging artist. In March, she will support Bang Bang Romeo at the Leadmill in Sheffield and is currently planning more shows for this spring. An intoxicating and ethereal listen that is sure to spark interest in the Doncaster-based artist.
