Camille's previous album ‘Le Fil’ sold over 500,000 copies across 30 countries and was also critical success. She won the Best New Act & Best New Album awards at the French Grammys, 'Les Victoires de la Musique' in 2006. The album also won the 'Prix Constantin' , the French equivalent of the Mercury Prize in 2005 and a BBC3 Award For World Music last year. Her third album 'Music Hole', sung mostly in English and containing collaborations from Brazilian band Barbatuques and Jamie Cullum, is released next month. 'Gospel With No Lord' is the lead single and it reaffirms her as a unique and special talent. Radio support so far has come from 6Music, where it was a Shaun Keaveny record of the week.
