If you have been struggling to get motivated during the current situation, then this upbeat and infectious rework of the Byron Stingily ’90s classic Get Up (Everybody) by Blaise will surely get you moving. Featuring fresh vocals from Stormzy collaborator Teni, the track’s modern female take on the Chicago house classic has been supported by Radio 1’s Scott Mills and MistaJam, 1Xtra’s Charlesy, and played across the board at Kiss, including Joel Corry, Billy Da Kid and Majestic. Released on Jinsing, a newly formed label by songwriter Jin Jin (Jess Glynne, Jax Jones, Sigala, David Guetta), this energetic banger has also featured on Spotify and Apple Music playlists, while its remixes by Azello and Ray Foxx has lit up the club scene and specialist radio. Building on the good work of previous RotD track Good Body, which featured in the Love Island finale, Blaise is back with an absolute gem, which will brighten anyone’s day.
