As a songwriter Ben Onono has written for artists like Cicada, Bob Sinclar, Fatboy Slim and Natalie Imbruglia. He was co-writer of the 2002 Ivor Novello-nominated 'It Just Won't Do', performed by Tim DeLuxe. His forthcoming debut album, including productions with Lance Thomas (Simian and Ladytron), gets a release on Jos Records in April. The album, 'Native Stranger' is an interesting mix - from finely layered and subtle electronica and lounge to felicitous and tuneful numbers like this, the first single.
