WE SAY
Your Words is a key example of Battleships' highly emotive indie-tinged songwriting causing a big stir down under. The Australian band won the Homebake competition on TripleJ. The prize, a slot at the festival, with past recipients of the award including Boy And Bear and The Rubens. Your Words has enjoyed high rotation on TripleJ, with an already brimming list of UK supporters including, 6 Music, Amazing, Q Radio and BFBS. In the US the 4-piece have picked up adds all over college radio stations with key industry support from Sat Bisla's Passport Approved playlist. Video.
