Bar Pandora is the stage name of UK alt-pop artist Charlie Tophill. She first caught the attention of tastemakers like BBC 6 Music’s Amy Lamé, Tom Robinson and Steve Lamacq with her self-titled debut EP last year and has since gained the praise from the Times for her off-kilter and cathartic electronic alt-pop. Released on Tuesday (24 October), ‘Dynamic’ is her new single from her forthcoming second EP ‘Recreate This’. It’s a shimmering synth-pop delight that sees her explore the push and pull between anxiety and the joys of living. With its lush production and gorgeous vocals, we can see this being picked up for spins on 6 Music and on the more alt-pop playlists at DSPs. For fans of Japanese Breakfast and Sylvan Esso.
