Caught Me Thinking
Bahamas
WE SAY
Bahamas's debut single is three minutes of sumptuous tropical blues, released in the wake of a triumphant trip to SXSW and proceeding an album (Barchords May 7), and forthcoming UK dates with Noah And The Whale. Toronto’s Bahamas is only one man; Afie Jurvanen, his talents have already been shared as longterm pianist and guitarist for Feist. Caught Me Thinking has picked up RotW on 6Music, where it is now playlisted, along with a spate of video posts, including NME, Contactmusic, Muzu, AOL and The Fly. Following Afie’s regional tour with Noah And The Whale last October, he’s been invited back to play shows with them at the Royal Albert Hall and Shepherd's Bush Empire, and is also in line to sell out his own brace of London dates the same week. Video.
