Do It Right

Anne-Marie

Major Tom's/Atlantic

WE SAY

Essex girl Anne-Marie is one of the most hotly-tipped new UK solo stars around with plaudits from Google Play, Spotify, SBTV and MTV Brand New, along with an impressive array of broadsheets and style mags all spotlighting her for major success this year. This confident single is a neatly infectious, reggaefied slice of R&B pop, produced by Show N Prove, and has already racked up over two million Spotify plays. She’s the first signing to Rudimental’s record label Major Tom’s, having been part of their extended live band and a key vocalist for several years now. The track is already inside the Top 50 on the latest UK Shazam chart and sits at No. 11 on their Future Hits list. Her live show at London venue Oslo last October sold out in 24 hours and next comes a sold-out gig at Village Underground this Monday night (February 1). With daytime support from the playlist teams at Kiss, 1Xtra, Kiss Fresh and Capital Xtra, Clara Amfo is already a big fan at Radio 1 too and has given the single a lot of love since Anne-Marie guested on her show recently. One play and we reckon you’ll be hooked too.
