The Best Day Of My Life
American Authors
WE SAY
Brooklyn boys American Authors have already had this ridiculously-infectious track synced on major ad campaigns for Hyundai in the US and Centre Parcs in the UK but that's just the beginning, we reckon. Shaping up to be a worldwide multi-format smash, not just with alternative radio but now Top 40 stations jumping on board too, with support from XFM, Absolute, Radio 1 & Radio 2 plus the mighty Z100 in New York, the band arrive for UK promo in March with their first-ever UK live dates in London and nationwide this coming May. Stateside, fans of The Script and OneRepublic have already caught them as the warm-up act. Now it feels to us like we all have an uncontrollable massive hit on our hands and a true 2014 festival anthem in the making. Let's hope this summer's weather is as good as last year's because this feel-good, acoustic-driven monster needs to be sung by thousands of revellers in a sun-drenched field, complete with over-priced warm beer in hand.
