Chasing Time

Alan Pownall

Mercury

WE SAY

We first featured Alan Pownall when he was unsigned with a demo of the excellent 'Clara' back in October 2008. That track eventually came out on a Young & Lost Club release last month. He's now with Mercury, who are readying his debut album for next year. Chasing Time is to be heard on the latest Nokia online advertising campaign, which has almost 1m million views on YouTube. This is due to be a single to start the campaign next year - it's certainly strong enough to connect with the radio-listening public. JF London gig: December 9, Chapel of St. Barnabas W1 (13:00 & 20:00)
