On Sale Live'25 is a brand-new annual event launching on 15th May, 2025, offering marketing and communication professionals from across the live events and ticketed experience economy connections, collaborations, and ways to contribute and learn together. From Theatre to Attractions, Location-Based Entertainment to Festivals, from Immersive Experiences to Exhibitions and Museums to Consumer Events, On Sale Live'25 will for the first time, give access to valuable shared learned experience from key players at the top of the industry involved in marketing and communications.

2025 theme: Sector growth and greater income – The potential to realise and the need to generate more revenue.

The requirement to increase sales through creative, marketing and communication strategies guaranteeing awareness and conversion has coincided with more choice for consumers than ever before - how can the industry as a whole come together to find solutions?
