Vicki McCall launches new radio promotions company, On Aire

With nearly a decade of experience in the business, McCall is setting out to bring a fresh and thoughtful approach to radio campaigns, prioritising artists’ long-term growth and creative vision. On Aire will offer radio plugging, strategy and consultancy services, focusing on artist development and label support with sustainable growth in mind.
The launch follows McCall’s departure from her role as Head of National Radio Promotions at Listen Up, where she joined in 2016. Rising rapidly through the ranks, she played a pivotal role in high-profile campaigns for a diverse roster of artists, including RAYE, Doja Cat, Sammy Virji, Jelani Blackman, Headie One, Becky Hill, DJ Zinc, AntsLive, Ahahdadream and Bawo.
Originally from Northern Ireland, McCall has built her reputation on delivering innovative, multi-genre campaigns that consistently make an impact. A career highlight to date was leading the national radio strategy on RAYE’s My 21st Century Blues album and the #1 single Escapism, which broke records and garnered widespread acclaim. Her work has been recognised by the industry, including a Special Recognition nomination at Music Week’s Women in Music Awards 2023.
