Tunecore promotes Melanie Seddon to Vice President, Brand Marketing

Leading independent digital music distributor TuneCore, owned by Paris-based Believe, one of the world's leading digital music companies, has promoted Melanie Seddon to the role of Vice President of Brand Marketing. Seddon's new position was announced today by Andreea Gleeson, Chief Executive Officer, TuneCore.
Seddon will oversee all brand marketing efforts on behalf of TuneCore. Since joining the company in 2020 as Director of Influencer Marketing, Seddon quickly transitioned to Brand Marketing and built out her team to include social media and events. With the new promotion to VP, she will also oversee TuneCore's brand partnerships. Seddon spearheaded the Independent AF marketing campaign, which introduced new artist-first brand messaging and creative energy through merchandise, billboards, and social media initiatives. Since joining the company in 2020, she has grown social media by over 250,000 followers and launched 13 international social media channels. Additionally, Seddon has overhauled the look and feel of TuneCore's website and digital assets by leveraging the independent spirit of its artists and labels to create brand new look for the company.
