The Circuit Group, the new enterprise led by some of the most respected artist managers in the world to build business opportunities around artists’ intellectual property, today announced their expansion into the UK market and launch of Circuit Management, a joint venture with renowned music management company CTRLFRK. The Circuit Group UK will be led by CEO and President, James Sutcliffe.
The UK expansion marks a significant milestone in The Circuit Group's rapid growth since its inception in 2023. With a global presence and a reputation for championing innovative business models for artists, the company has quickly become a leader in leveraging intellectual property across recorded music, publishing, merchandise, brand deals, gaming, events, new music technologies, and more. The Circuit Group is composed of management companies AYITA and Seven20, who’s combined rosters includes FISHER, Chris Lake, deadmau5, Cloonee, Aluna, NERO, and Ninajirachi, to name a few.
The launch of Circuit Management solidifies the group’s entry into the UK market, reflecting its commitment to establishing novel partnerships and expanding its global reach. Joining forces with the renowned London-based music management company, CTRLFRK’s roster boasts an exceptional array of premier talent including Sammy Virji, SILK, K Motionz, Oppidan, Raphi, Camoufly, and others. With this joint venture, Circuit Management will represent an impressive roster of talent, including rising electronic star Volaris, GRAMMY-nominated singer-songwriter Camden Cox, acclaimed DJ and producer Florian Picasso, and legendary house icon Fat Tony. Circuit Management will be led by Co-President’s James Sutcliffe and Michael Boyce, and Co-Founder/VP, Artist Management Jasmine Watts.

With an impressive career spanning prominent roles at global music institutions, Sutcliffe has a highly respected pedigree in music, culture, and entertainment. Formerly holding leadership positions at Ministry of Sound, LIVENow, PIXELYNX, and Monster Energy, Sutcliffe has curated partnerships with industry giants such as Dua Lipa, Stormzy, SZA, and Post Malone. Sutcliffe will report to Global CEO Dean Wilson, and will continue his role as Chief Strategy Officer for The Circuit Group worldwide.
