Randy Jackson and John Greenberg join Round Hill Music as advisors



 

Round Hill Music LP (“Round Hill” or the “Company”), the integrated creative music company founded in 2010 that manages songs with a value of circa $900 million, announces that Grammy Award winning producer and former American Idol judge, Randy Jackson, together with John Greenberg, a longtime leader in music management who has worked with world renowned artists, producers and writers, have joined the Company as advisors to support with deal sourcing and artist relations. 

Jackson and Greenberg’s new partnership with Round Hill deepens its reach into the international creator community while further strengthening its ability to source and secure early access to premium music rights investment deals in a competitive environment for high quality assets.

Randy Jackson has enjoyed a long, wide-ranging music and broadcasting career including as a musician, songwriter, Grammy Award-winning producer, record executive and television personality. He produced, recorded and performed on records by Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Steven Tyler, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Smokey Robinson, Van Hunt and Madonna, as well as Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Bon Jovi, Keith Richards, Journey, Carlos Santana, Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir and countless others. He was a judge on American Idol for 13 seasons and is currently the ultimate band leader opposite host Jane Krakowski in the reboot of the iconic game show ‘Name That Tune’ for FOX. 

John Greenberg is currently Chief Operating Officer and founder of Shorebreak International Inc. and a leader in the management business since 1988. John’s management clients have been recipients of Grammy Awards, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame recognition and Gold and Platinum sales certifications. He has worked with artists, producers, engineers and songwriters including Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler, Duran Duran’s John Taylor, Mötley Crue’s John Corabi, Duff McKagan, Nickelback, Ratt, Cinderella, Eddie Kramer, Scott Stevens and Garth “GGGarth” Richardson amongst others.
