Cirkay, a trailblazing new initiative by leading fan D2C strategists Push Entertainment, has launched Cirkay Fan Pass, an innovative “digital key” that empowers artists with direct, secure access to their fans across multiple online platforms. Fan Pass gives artists complete control over fan engagement, allowing them to connect with fans, share exclusive content, experiences and privileges, whilst building lasting connections across platforms the fans use day to day. 
 
Conceived as the connective tissue to work across artist websites, social media, e-commerce, ticketing services, subscription platforms, DSPs, and even in-person activations, Fan Pass provides a seamless, cross-platform solution. Crucially, this technology marks a new era of privacy-conscious fan engagement, addressing the increasing demand for frictionless anonymity and personal data protection.
 
The first Fan Pass campaign was in partnership with the direct-to-fan agency Big Cookie and English Indie rock band White Lies, showcasing the bespoke, artist-driven experiences that Fan Pass enables. As part of this creative project, Fan Pass provided a single identity for members of White Lies FC across their Shopify store and Discord community. Possession of the Fan Pass provided a unique opportunity for fans of the band to pit their wits against frontman and guitarist Harry McVeigh in a Chess Tournament, taking place in the members section of the White Lies official Discord server. 
 
White Lies now have a lasting identity link with these fans, that can be activated again, and is not reliant on any one platform. The band has since set up a series of live AMA sessions on Discord and released a free double CD of their concert at Auditorio Pabellon M, Monterrey, Mexico that was only available for Fan Pass holders, and still have more to come. A shining example of Fan Pass’ limitless creative application, this technology is bringing the band together with their fans like never before.

The team at Push have been connecting fans to artists since 1995 and have worked with the world’s most influential artists and creators including Daft Punk’s Daft Club to the first ever Oasis Live Stream. Now supported by a strategic investment from Solid Bond Capital, created by the people who scaled AOWorld and Phones4U, this launch underscores Cirkay’s pioneering approach to fan relationships. Fan Pass allows artists to control fan data directly, while offering fans evolving, immersive experiences tied to the artist’s creative projects.
