Perfect Havoc Sign Just Kiddin To Management Roster

Perfect Havoc, the UK independent record label and management agency, has signed the breaking, commercial house music duo Just Kiddin to its management roster.  

The announcement comes after Just Kiddin were signed to Perfect Havoc for a global single deal in November 2021 and ahead of their forthcoming single ‘Moonshine River’ which is released later summer alongside DiRTY Radio and guaranteed to be a club weapon.

Just Kiddin join other breakout producers under Perfect Havoc Management including the double platinum selling Swedish artist producer Tobtok, Oliver Nelson and further one-to-watch talent, Alfie Cridland.

On signing Just Kiddin, Perfect Havoc Co-founder Adam Griffin said,

“We’ve been fans of Just Kiddin since the Kitsune days when Oliver and Tobtok were regularly producing and playing for the label, and when JK's huge record ‘Thinking About You’ premiered on The Magician’s Magic Tape series. It went on to become a seminal track and led us to becoming big fans of Laurie and Lewis. 

We’ve been associated with both the boys for quite some time enjoying their regular high quality and consistent output.  When Just Kiddin became available, both Rob and I thought they were the perfect match."  

A finalist for Best Independent Record Label at the 2022 Music Week Awards, Perfect Havoc now holds 6 Official UK Chart Top 20 singles including, ‘Fake Friends’ by PS1 featuring Alex Hosking (No.19) and ‘Head & Heart’ by Joel Corry and MNEK (No. 1).

The Leeds-based producers aka Lewis Thompson and Laurie Revell have been making waves since the release of their 2014 summer hit ‘Thinking About It’. Released via Parlophone’s dance imprint, FFRR, it received over 50 plays across BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra and over 16 million streams online.

Overall, Just Kiddin’s streaming numbers now clock over 200 million global. Contributing to that count is the 2021 single ‘Risk It All ’with Ella Henderson and House Gospel Choir, which received a ‘Hottest Record’ accolade from Charlie Hedges on BBC Radio 1. And their collaboration ‘Closer’ with Sonny Fodera proved a streaming hit on Spotify, finding its way into the platform’s biggest dance playlists such as Beast Mode and mint.

There’s an abundance of quality coming out of the Just Kiddin studio. Since first appearing on Perfect Havoc in 2019 with a remix of ‘Fallen’ by Joel Corry, Just Kiddin went on to release the Radio 1 “Future Anthem” ‘Body Talk’ (on Nothing Else Matters), to the more recent contagious pop-dance outing ‘Change My Mind’ which has streamed over 3 million times on Spotify alone.

On the touring side, Just Kiddin will play four dates at the new Joel Corry Pool Party residency at Ibiza Rocks this summer, as well as for WNDRLND x Perfect Havoc at Eden Ibiza on 30th July.
