05 January 2021 - Press releaseLondon-based independent record label and artist management agency, Perfect Havoc has announced the addition of UK singer-songwriter, Cally Rhodes to its management roster. The Welsh artist joins Perfect Havoc as it aims to build on its high-profile success with Joel Corry and MNEK ‘Head & Heart’ which spent six consecutive weeks at No.1 – selling over 1 million copies in 2020. This news arrives ahead of Cally’s first single of 2021, ‘Comfort Zone’, which lands on Perfect Havoc later this year.
Perfect Havoc first worked with Cally in September 2020 on ‘Chasing Feelings’ by up and coming house producer, Jerome Price. The track went on to receive support on key BBC Radio 1 shows, Party Anthems and Dance Anthems.
Management and label co-founder, Adam Griffin says, “Cally Rhodes is an exceptional addition to our team, she’s a proper all-rounder and we are delighted to welcome her on board the Perfect Havoc management roster. We aim to support her in pursuit to become both a huge dance artist and a top song writer in her own right. We know Cally has the talent and drive to achieve these goals and look forward to working with her.”
Cally added, “I’m really excited to work with Perfect Havoc. It’s great to know that a company with so much success believes in me. An amazing start to 2021.”
The popularity of Cally’s catchy, melodic and honest style of dance-pop music is reflected in online streaming figures of over 15 million, plus the appearance of her singles in Spotify’s Viral Top 50 Charts all over the world. She has also made positive impressions on the music media with support from MTV, Pop Dust, The Sun, PopWrapped, The Vibe Guide, CelebMix, Dancing Astronaut and more.
The past two years have been particularly notable for the young Welsh singer. She received a ‘Best Introducing Artist of the Year 2018’ accolade by BBC Introducing in Shropshire as well as a ‘BBC Introducing Artist of the Week’ plaudit, nationally.
