Nominations are now officially open for the Ethnicity Awards 2025, celebrating individuals and businesses that have made exceptional contributions towards diversity, inclusion, and belonging for diverse ethnic groups. The awards ceremony will take place in London in the Autumn.

The Ethnicity Awards highlight outstanding work in both corporate and community categories, with awards presented to those leading change in the areas of diversity, leadership, social impact, and advocacy. Nominees are invited in various categories, including Champion Ally, Exceptional Inclusion, Future Leader, Inspirational Leader, Network Group, Social Impact, Workplace Hero, and more.

This year, nominees will be recognised for their efforts to drive change and create sustainable impact across a range of sectors. The awards provide a powerful platform for celebrating leaders, changemakers, and initiatives dedicated to making the workplace and society more inclusive for everyone.

Nominations are open starting today, Monday 20th January. Visit www.ethnicityawards.com/ to submit your nomination and learn more about the full list of categories.

The Ethnicity Awards have previously honoured some remarkable individuals and organisations, such as Mat Moakes of OVO, winner of the Champion Ally award for his advocacy for inclusion, and Jacquline Alcindor from LGIM, whose exceptional work in diversity and inclusion earned her the Exceptional Inclusion award.
