Music entertainment management company ranked no.2 at UK's Best Workplaces 2025

London-based entertainment travel management company, Music First Partnership, is celebrating The BFP Collection being officially ranked No. 2 in the UK's Best Workplaces™ 2025, by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

The prestigious recognition highlights the company's commitment to fostering an outstanding work environment for its employees.

The announcement was made last week at the Best Workplaces Awards held at London's Grosvenor House, hosted by comedian Richard Ayoade.

Staff at Music First Partnership and its sister company Business First Partnership, part of the Business First Collection, took part in an anonymous survey which retained the highest possible scores in every category. It saw 100% of the team at MFP all agree it is a great place to work, far exceeding the national average of 54%.

All companies that earn Great Place to Work® Certification™ are eligible for inclusion in the UK's Best Workplaces™ rankings the following year. The resulting listings are based on employee feedback and rigorous benchmarking.
