Ministry of Sound Announces Landmark Ticketing Partnership with DICE

Ministry of Sound, the globally renowned nightlife and entertainment juggernaut, has signed an extensive partnership deal with DICE, the world’s largest independent ticketing platform. This strategic collaboration marks a new era in digital ticketing for one of the UK’s most iconic music institutions, promising a seamless, data-driven, and fan-first ticketing experience.

The agreement will see Ministry of Sound leverage DICE’s mobile-first technology to enhance fan engagement, streamline operations, and boost ticket sales. With 88% of transactions occurring on mobile devices, DICE’s innovative platform ensures a frictionless purchasing journey whilst ensuring secure digital tickets.

Enhanced Fan Experience & Data Integration

Through this partnership, Ministry of Sound will gain access to DICE’s advanced analytics and marketing tools, allowing for real-time insights into audience behaviours, sales attribution, and event performance. The integration also includes direct API connections with platforms, ensuring Ministry of Sound has full control over its data and marketing automation.

DICE’s suite of fan-friendly features—such as the ‘Waiting List’ function, ticket transfers, and social integrations—will enable a more personalised and engaging experience for club-goers. Additionally, DICE tickets showcase upfront, all-in pricing, so fans will know exactly what they’re paying for at Ministry of Sound with no surprises. DICE’s mobile tickets are locked to smartphones and aren’t activated until two hours before a gig, eliminating ticket touts and the secondary market. The partnership also introduces a new range of opportunities, including guest area upgrades, drinks packages, and exclusive event extras, further enriching the fan journey.

A Future-Focused Collaboration

“This partnership with DICE represents a major leap forward for Ministry of Sound,” said Caitlin McAllister, Group Managing Director at Ministry of Sound. “We are committed to delivering the best possible experience for our fans, and DICE’s technology gives us the tools to do that in a more efficient, secure, and data-driven way. From frictionless mobile ticketing to powerful audience insights, this collaboration sets a new benchmark for the future of live events.”

Ife Awosika, Head of Music, New Gen & Community at DICE, added: “Ministry of Sound is an institution in global club culture, and we’re thrilled to be working with them to revolutionise their ticketing and fan experience. Our shared commitment to innovation, transparency, and putting fans first makes this the perfect match.”

Fans can look forward to an enhanced purchasing experience and exclusive perks from the iconic establishment. Notable upcoming shows available through DICE include:
