Merlin, the independent’s digital music licensing partner, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Audiomack, the artist-first music streaming platform that empowers artists to reach and engage with fans worldwide. This indie-centric partnership helps Merlin’s dynamic membership gain access to Audiomack’s global audience of engaged listeners, thereby expanding the digital footprint of Merlin members’ high quality music. The agreement also includes Audiomod, Audiomack’s innovative new tool that allows fans to customize their listening experience in unique ways by selecting pre-set filters such as sped up, slowed down, nightcore, and daycore, or by creating their own custom listening filters. These features allow for users to customize their on-platform experience via licensed content, and provides a legitimate alternative to the prevalence of unlicensed content that continues to make its way onto platforms.
