Matt Morgan appointed Creative Marketing Director at Trade Secrets Management

Morgan, who joined Atlantic in November 2023, has been instrumental in spearheading the global success of Teddy Swims’ ‘Lose Control’ campaign, which has seen Swims become one of the world’s biggest breakthrough stars of 2024. Through standout creative marketing activations and viral moments such as a collaboration with artist Victor Ray, Morgan and his team helped drive hundreds of millions of views across both artist and third-party social platforms, and firmly embedded Swims within the UK market and beyond.
‘Lose Control’ will end 2024 as the UK’s third biggest song of the year — only behind Noah Kahan’s ‘Stick Season’ and Benson Boone’s ‘Beautiful Things’ — after peaking at #2 and spending a full 52 week calendar year on the UK Singles Chart (and counting). Follow up singles ‘The Door’(#12) and ‘Bad Dreams’ (#25) earned Swims consecutive UK Top 30 records.
Swims is also 2024’s Most Played artist at UK Radio, boasts over 5.9 billion global streams on his catalog and is currently in the midst of a rolling, multi-year ‘I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy’ world tour that will have sold over 1 million tickets by the end of 2025. Swims also made his Reading & Leeds debut on the BBC R1 stage over the summer, as well as performing on BBC Live Lounge, The Graham Norton Show and most recently, the 2024 MTV EMAs in Manchester.

Teddy Swims is now gearing up for the release of his second studio album, ‘I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part Two)’ — the follow up to 2023’s Part 1 — on January 24th 2025. He’s also announced an expanded ‘I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy’ tour run of 60+ North American & UK/Europe dates, including 2x already sold-out shows at London’s OVO Arena Wembley in March.
