45 Original in partnership with Alexandra Palace and in association with Music Venue Trust are proud to kick off the ‘Loved not Lost’ Venue Series, which is raising funds for the Music Venue Trust to support the grassroots music ecosystem.

The series will see the creation of a Limited Edition collection of prints, celebrating the UK's most iconic entertainment venues, documenting their musical heritage and highlighting these monumental landmarks of communities.

The inaugural design of the ‘Loved not Lost’ Venue Series celebrates one of the UK’s most loved venues and landmarks, Alexandra Palace in North London. These Limited Edition designs showcases the 1000 artists, bands, and DJ’s who have performed at the Palace over the past 150 years.

45 Original art director Bruce Fisher has teamed up the Ally Pally team to curate these bespoke designs which have been superbly illustrated by of 45 Original and 57 Design’s Steve Mitchell.

Bruce Fisher“Ally Pally is very close to my heart. I grew up on the edge of the park and the grounds are my spiritual home. I’m honoured to have the opportunity to be a part of visually documenting this incredible venue and highlight its importance as a musical landmark. UK wide, over 350 Grassroots Music Venues are now placed at immediate risk of closure. We hope our designs can help highlight these this and our proud to offer our support.”

Lucy Fenner, Alexandra Palace Commercial Director: “As a charity and independent venue, we are working with colleagues across the industry to bring an eclectic range artists to our stages. Together, we’ve created so many unforgettable nights, and moments people will remember forever. We love that the poster series is celebrating this - it is a brilliant initiative. Our live programme is only possible thanks to the wider live music ecosystem, so we’re delighted to see a percentage of the sales going to the Music Venue Trust, and the venues and professions that they support.”

Music Venue Trust’s COO, Beverley Whitrick: "Playing Ally Pally is a landmark moment in an artist's career so this is a wonderful way to launch a new series celebrating iconic venues. This beautiful artwork illustrates the connection between venues and artists at a time where the conversation about valuing the places that music communities come together has never been more important. We are grateful to 45 Original and Alexandra Palace for their support and certain that there are many music fans who would love to own this print."

The Limited Edition run of Alexandra Palace designs are available at A3 (297x420mm), B2 (500x700mm) and A1 (841x594mm) as sign, stamped and numbered full colour giclée prints on 230gsm heavyweight matt archival paper and available to buy now at 45original.com.
