Making a hook is simple. Our Hook Studio lets you browse our library of licensed music, and choose up to a 30-second clip of your favorite song to remix. Use our AI-powered music effects to make your hook unique:

Mashups: Make your dream mashup with one tap. Preview mashup matches and adjust the song mix to make it your own.
Music filters: Transform the genre or mood of your hook instantly with our range of music filters. Turn your rap track into a country remix, and easily tweak the intensity of the filter.
Sound effects: Speed up, slow down, add reverb or bass boost to make your hook stand out.
Video: Bring your hook to life by customizing the cover art or selecting your own photo or video that matches the vibe of your hook.

Share your hook with the world on the Hook app and directly to your preferred social media or messaging platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp and more.

Supporting artists and creators

Before Hook, creators needed to use complicated music production software to make their own unique versions of songs. When these unauthorized versions of songs were posted on social media, no one got paid – not the original artist, not the creator who enhanced the song, nor any of the other rights holders who should be paid when their music is used. Hook is designed to solve all of these issues by providing a simple, intuitive app that allows anyone to make great-sounding custom remixes while also ensuring that artists and everyone else involved in the creation of the track are fairly compensated.
