Harri Davies named Head of A&R at RCA Records UK

Sony Music UK has appointed Harri Davies as Head of A&R at RCA Records UK, effective immediately. Davies will report into Co-Presidents Glyn Aikins and Stacey Tang and will be responsible for steering the A&R strategy, signing talent and continuing to build on the label’s legacy.

Davies brings over a decade of experience in A&R, engineering, producing and songwriting, and most recently held the position of Senior Director A&R at Concord Music Publishing. Prior to Concord, Davies helped shape the roster at Bucks Music Group, working with a diverse array of artists and producers and was included in Music Week’s inaugural 30 Under 30 list. 

Davies’ track record includes the discovery and development of many artists and producers. Notable signings include Krept & Konan, BRIT Award-winning Chase & Status and Grammy-award winners Imanbek, Alex Metric and Flowdan. He also facilitated the signing of 2023’s global breakout star, Tyla.
