Gigantic Tickets announces wave of staff promotions forming new leadership team

Gigantic Tickets is today pleased to announce a raft of staff promotions in its senior management team, signalling a new era for the ticket agency.

Simon Carpenter – who for the last nine years has led Gigantic’s commercial team, as part of his 15 years of wider ticketing experience - joins the board as a director.  Simon has been promoted to co-CEO alongside founder Mark Gasson.

Additionally, Joe Lilley – whose tenure at Gigantic as part of the core technical team spans over 13 years – becomes co-CTO alongside existing CTO James Woodward.  He will continue developing and delivering cutting-edge technology.

Finally, Kelly McKinney has been promoted to Head of Operations. She will apply her breadth of knowledge and expertise to the role after eight years working in Event Management & Client Services at Gigantic, and over 20 years in ticketing.

This wave of internal promotions paves the way for Gigantic’s latest evolution, as this primary ticketing company continues to grow. The new leadership team brings incredible promise for the future, and Gigantic is proud to be investing in its staff, whose talent and expertise have helped the business to flourish since its formation in 2007.
