Entries Open for The Ivors with Amazon Music 2025

Entries have opened for The Ivors with Amazon Music 2025, one of the most important moments in music, celebrating the craft of songwriters and screen composers.

Each winner will receive an iconic Ivor Novello Award and join a roll call of greats including Adele, Stormzy, Amy Winehouse, Dave, Paul McCartney, Lana Del Rey, RAYE, Sting, John Lennon and Bruce Springsteen.

The winners will be announced at the 70th edition of The Ivors on 22nd May 2025.

The Categories
Entries are open in seven categories until 17th January 2025:

• Best Album
• Best Contemporary Song
• Best Song Musically and Lyrically
• Best Original Film Score
• Best Original Video Game Score
• Best Television Soundtrack
• Rising Star Award with Amazon Music

Discounted entry for members of The Ivors Academy 
As a member, the administration fee of £150 + VAT per entry is discounted:

• 75% off for Professional members, saving £135 per entry
• 50% off for Standard members, including Early Career, saving £90 per entry 

Eligibility for discounts:

• Entrants must be members at the time of entry
• Discounts only apply to entries submitted directly by the entrant
• If a third party submits an entry on the entrant’s behalf, the full price of £150 + VAT applies

There is no fee to enter the Rising Star Award, applicants must be aged 18–24, British, Irish, or UK residents in 2024 and members of The Ivors Academy.
