ATC Group acquires Easy Life Entertainment

Founded by Jamie Osman in 2014, Easy Life Entertainment has established a successful independent business across artist management, recordings and PR.
Real Life Management's (est 2020), current roster includes Bury Tomorrow, SOTA, Bears in Trees, Lexie Carroll, Mouth Culture and Anaïs, while Easy Life Records has delivered Top 40 albums for Lower Than Atlantis and Tonight Alive as well as releases by Softcult, Normandie, Amber Run, Bryde, Lonely The Brave and more.
Turn The Page (est 2019), a publicity and plugging company spearheaded by Mark James, meanwhile, has worked on campaigns for some of the biggest alternative artists in rock and metal, including All Time Low, 41, Deaf Havana, Neck Deep, Simple Plan, Travie McCoy and Tool.
Since an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in December 2021, ATC Group has greatly expanded its offering to artists to songwriters across the company's three divisions in Representation, Services and Events & Experiences.
The company now offers a unique full-service model to more than 860 unique clients, helping them build businesses through artist management, live touring, merchandising, e-commerce, livestreaming, event promotion and more.
