A year on from when we first featured OMYO, the duo return with an infectious slice of summer that you’ll be hearing a lot on your TV screens in the coming weeks. The reason? Fashion chain New Look are using the song as the sound-bed to their Autumn & Winter fashion range which launches next weekend. Tom and Will are songwriters who also happen to have successful careers in modelling too, with both of them now signed up to the same prestigious agency as Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato. That debut track Roam, which impressed us last summer, led to the lads playing Wireless Festival, which in turn got them featured on Charlie Sloth’s 1Xtra show soon afterwards. It soon will be re-promoted as the follow up to this latest release, and both tunes sit nicely alongside one another. Lady is reggae-infused pop with clean, crisp production that cuts right through, and a chorus hook that sticks with you all day, guaranteed to make you smile in the sunshine. Good-looking boys, bringing us feel-good vibes whilst we attempt to get a tan - what’s not to love about that?
