We say

We love it when we get a personal submission out of the blue from an unknown act, we stick it on and discover that it’s instantly likeable, hugely appealing and worthy of the widest attention. That’s exactly what’s happened with OMYO (Our Music, Your Opinion), a young Oxfordshire songwriting duo seemingly, on the evidence of this fine track, with that inherent knack and ear for being able to craft mainstream contemporary pop. William and Tom met in a pub last year and made a rather drunken bet to see if they could write a tune. Most of the songs that will form their debut album were written via Whatsapp videos as Tom finished uni and William travelled for work. They have just performed their first-ever gig on the New Look Stage at Wireless and are about to see their song Heaven featured in an upcoming ad campaign for the high street fashion chain. Our featured track is soulful, acoustic-based pop that's arrived already fully-formed and genuinely wouldn’t sound out of place on almost any hit-based radio station anywhere in the world right now. You'd better start chasing them.
