This week Dry The River are out in Texas playing SXSW as one the most anticipated British bands heading over, with their album debuting at No. 28 and picking up a wealth of incredibly positive press, including a five star review from The Telegraph that declared “they have the stamp of greatness about them, an extraordinary debut album”, not too dissimilar to the critical acclaim from NME, The Times (4/5) and Q (4/5). The BBC Sound Of shortlisters are making the most of their time in the US, having performed dates with Alabama Shakes in the run up to Austin, and shooting the superb video for the single in LA, they follow that with a string of dates with Bowerbirds. They then return to tour the UK in April, including a long sold-out headline show at London's Electric Ballroom two weeks after the release of this epic and rather brilliant single, available as a 7" on Record Day (April 16). With their fanbase continuing to rocket they've announced a November headline show at Shepherd's Bush Empire. Video.
